REFUNDS & RETURNS

OUT OF STOCK:
If an item is out of stock or requires a period to manufacture it (eg: Twins/Fairtex), then we will contact the customer with updated information, allowing them to wait for the product to come into stock, source an alternative product (if/where possible), or to offer a partial/full refund for stock & freight of the unavailable item/s.
If return contact is not made by the customer within 24 hours of notification, Mates Rates Sporting will use its discretion regarding how to finalise the order.
(If delays are long, we prefer to refund stock & freight of the unavailable item/s & make contact when the stock is again available).

MODIFYING/CANCELLING AN ORDER:
For modifying an online order, if the stock has not been sourced/dispatched, then a partial/full refund can be given, less any expenses incurred at the point of cancellation.
For custom made orders, if production has not begun, a partial/full refund may be given less any expenses incurred at the point of cancellation.
(Deposits given to factories may be forfeited or penalized due to any cancellation).

EXCHANGING PRODUCTS:
If a customer wishes to exchange an item due to eg: purchasing incorrect uniform size, then they will be responsible for postage/freight to return the item/s, additional delivery fees for product replacement & any additional item/s upgrade costs.
Exchange of goods will only be done providing the item/s are in original condition, original packaging & deemed fit for re-sale.

REPLACING PRODUCTS:
If a customer believes they have purchased an item/s with a manufacturing flaw, then they will need to be responsible for postage/freight to return the item/s. (We suggest registered postage).
On inspection, if the item/s are deemed to have a manufacturing flaw then the return cartage will be refunded along with replacing the item/s. (If replacement is not an option, a refund of the product value will be given).
Any defects related to materials & manufacturing workmanship are deemed as manufacturing flaws.
Products which have been damaged due to normal wear & tear, mishandled, improperly used, improperly stored or cared for, or used for purposes other than the product is intended for will not be entitled to item/s being replaced/refunded.
Altering the product/s & faulty installation will also void any replacement/refund.
If damages are due to the customer, then they will need to pay for the postage to have the goods returned.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom made equipment/clothing orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.
If a manufacturing flaw is found, only a refund of the item/s value can be given.
The original freight price will not be refunded.
(Inspection is made before shipping to ensure a high standard of quality & control).
